I get the sense that there is a culture at Apollo Group/University of Phoenix that perpetuates racism, sexism, classism, ableism, and other forms of hate. It's not just a few "bad apples," but something that you accept, because the nature of your company is increasingly predatory, fraudulent, and criminal.
