We'll Mr. Ary, I think it's time to pack your belongings and move back to Houston. The Land department is crap! It's been months and still nobody knows what they're doing. Morale is horrible. Everytime someone tells you in one of your breakfast meetings that morale is low (thanks for the dry muffin by the way), you act surprised. Then you just ignore them and act like everything is fine. The only people that think you're doing a good job are the easily manipulated type that can't see through your bullshit.
