Don't anybody buy this crap about females making less than males at l3. For over a decade I had visibility yo the compensation records of every employee in the company. Its a myth and the opposite is true.

I do not have much nice to say about Phoenix grads. While I was taking the hard route that took me 7 years, while working, he took the easy Phoenix route and was done in 3 years. When I asked him about all the,what seemed like hundreds of classed I had to take,he would just tell me nope, not required. What really sucks is I know darn sure he makes more then me as he is male and I am female. Now I am getting to old to fight the battle. Maybe 30 years from now there will be egual pay.

seems like alot of those promotion letter things have people with degress from less than upstanding places.
thats the l3 culture - go look at those cheeser videos of the dorks holding up the l3 gang sign - immortalized and probably think they are cool, can you actually believe they have a department that organizes that garbage
worst thing you can be in that place is someone that can manage themself, at some point grown professional types dont need their ding dong shook when they take a leak - just point me in the right direction and leave me alone
So they are finally, finally going to can some of these asshole UoP online management degreed managers? Especially the ones that barely communicate with you unless a VIP tour is about to happen? The ones that ask you to work overtime ++ on the weekends while they relax with their family and then don't even acknowledge your hard work and sacrifice? Please tell me you have this in writing! Or is that just a rumor?
