I'm confused I thought this wasn't about quotas or numbers anymore. Who else is being pressured to make dials?

Really? Why does management tell everyone it's not about getting numbers? I guess maybe to conceal their actions from accreditors and regulators.
it is about quotas and it always will be about quotas..thats why you have to make a goal of the amount of referrals you will get each month and it is noted if you don't make your quota. In case you didn't realize it the school if for profit and you have to make a profit for the company.
