There will only be a few left in the next months. Shift to online means less face to face marketing. Several more campuses will be consolidated. The next two months will have more changes. Small markets will be closed completely.

Well guess what? I am a liaison and I work my butt off. So please know that before you speak.
A small market is anywhere there is less than 500 full time students at the campus at any given moment. Ask your campus director how many students are considered enrolled this month for a better idea. Anything else will be downsized. National Defense will have larger areas since it will drop to about half. Workforce solutions are going to be cut also both groups have done nothing for a while its time to contract the size.
They should can most of those worthless people at WFS these people do nothing but smile and eat with their customers.
How long does downsizing = higher stock price?
Curious, what do you think is considered a "small market"? Campuses are so tired of living in this fear stricken environment, it will likely be a relief for many!
