I work in a store but may be offered a transfer to Corporate (it's a complicated story) - People seem to speak freely here and I'd appreciate any information you may be able to provide.

Ah, Staples Corporate culture.... It's the backstabbing capital of the world. There are many cliques and you need to belong to one of them to be successful. A lots of drama, and money in play. Merit is secondary, networking and relationships are everything - so, from the culture perspective I'd give us an F (I am with Finance)
