The job eliminations were not about last in the door, take a look around, who's missing? Highest paid hourly, most have been around since the store opened.... Most are full time who take cabelas medical benefits. District meetings were all about preserving cabelas "culture"....way to go Tommy Milner, your new culture is paranoia!!!
