It is the most overly fancy title for what is really, just a manager. Directors in most successful organizations are educated, professional and leaders. Let's call the directors at Everest, what they really are...trashy retail managers. Just take a look at J.M. Oh and let's not get started on the title of "chairs". What a joke. Your title is very deceiving given that most of them don't have an associates degree. They are technically an admin assistant. Look up the qualifications for that.
