Working for UOP is like being in an abusive relationship. She beats you down, takes your stuff, and then wonders why you don't just sit there with a smile on your face and tell everyone how amazing she is. I don't know of many companies that can tick off their customers, employees, AND shareholders!!! Truly an incredible feat! The level of total and complete incompetence within the "leadership" ranks combined with utter arrogance is a deadly combination. Get out with what's left of your pride and move on before they run this thing further into the ground.
