There has not been any Cabelas Culture for years. It's all about management trying to increase the ever shrinking bonuses and corporate focusing solely on stock pricing.
Every decision made right or wrong involves one of those two things. Employees are like t-shirts, get rid of a bunch and get some more. Very sad day for those who gave so much and now have to suffer. Shame on you Tommy.
