Are you referring yo Jeanette at the Bremerton campus? If you are, I get it! It's a wonder she has a job at all with how socially awkward she is. Poor thing, this is probably all she has. I know she's not that bright, that's probably why she is still here. She has no idea how to act around students, that's why she is mean to them. I feel bad for the students she has done wrong to.
