Sorry Guy but Anonymous 4660 has it pretty accurate with the exception that this isn't your normal or typical amended complaint fix for a defective pleading. You actually have to go out and prove with admissible evidence the factual allegations of the (first amended) complaint. Student complaints won't be enough in and of themselves to prevail at trial. However, what will likely allow the Attorney General to prevail at trial is WRITTEN evidence of FALSE job placement records. It should be noted that in the last 2 weeks that Heald updated its disclosures on job placement.
