The reason she is the way she is because she is uneducated. She's perfect for a company like ours. Blends right in. Can't blame her, all she knows is this business. She would never make it in the real workforce, no education, leadership skills, or professionalism. Not to mention she is socially awkward. Jeanette-try taking a leadership class, you might blossom. Right now you're as good as a dead fish.
