The amended complaint only adds new allegations against Heald for bogus representations about transferability of credits to California State University. Only time will tell if California can win the lawsuit or not. My gut feeling is that if the case doesn't settle then you are looking at a trial date in late 2014 or early 2015. CCI wants an early trial date.
