Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I mean seriously? What does he honestly do for our division? He sits in his office all day, the only time he ever comes out of his office is to go talk with his favorite two managers Dawn or James, you will never see him making an effort to speak to anyone else in our division. Ever since Lincoln has been let go Mike doesn't promote any fun activities to boost moral, he isn't genuine with anyone, he doesn't come out and sit with any EAs and take the time to get to know them, he was sleeping with one of his managers for almost two years while having a wife at home. He is the exact opposite of what a leader is, and has made our division a horrible place today. I really hope HR looks into some of the claims and allegations filed about him. I know several people that have approached HR with unethical things that he has done/does, yet he is still employed here? He is a lawsuit waiting for UOP.
