Employees should demand accountability from their direct reports. Demand changes to how students are admitted, how students are assessed, how schools market to prospective students, how employees are evaluated, what kinds of dirty tricks are used on employees who question their superiors and their ethical choices(mostly unethical). Just clean things up or perish.

Document and tell those that pressure you for numbers that you will send the BS to people who would have an interest.
And exactly how do you propose we do that?
