So when I was there last year we were told that they would be shutting down the 100 seat Santa Ana call center and opening the 500 seat call center which they did. Santa Ana is for all of the outbound telemarketing...yes call up people 3-5x a day bugging them to come back to and sign up for $40,000 AA degree. And the Colorado call center was to handle the calls for the jigaboo hotline commercial shown during the Maury Povich show (who da baby daddy...the marketing department favorite target audience). Well looks like my friends in Santa Ana should be looking for greener pastures...word is that they are history after this year.

Trust me babydoll I am hardly bitter about parting ways with Corinthian. I in fact still have some very good friends that work there and why are they there...not to "do their best with every request" or even better "change lives". They are there for a paycheck. If that call center makes so much money why is it that they planned to shut it down last year (and this year too again)? The reason that they didnt was because they couldn't get the call center up in Colorado fully staffed with people with an IQ higher than a monkey. I can talk circles around you with that call center and the idiots that run it, but I am almost convinced that you know who they are.

Hahahahaha the call center is the money maker? They don't even care if the person is interested. They transfer garbage to the campuses all day long. The CEO has great plans? Bhahahaha haha

The move you talked about - Colorado may be a judgmental one,but the company should focus more on the Call Center in Santa Ana. It seems as if they are the foundation and if the company needs to be continuously successful, they can count on that team. Call Centers is the department that generates income. Not the marketing department - handles the money and try to maintain it,not Human Resources. The Call Center is the key to generate income and keep it consistent.
