This company doesn't dig deeper into complaints about shady directors that keep their friends around like Mike Williams does. Any employee or manager that files a complaint with HR or begins to raise a flag on his unethical behavior is terminated before they can give a statement about him. Been happening for 3 years straight now. Kimberly Quintana was notified on several occasions about Williams shady leadership practices but did nothing about it.Look at our division now. It is pitiful where we are now compared to where we were 3 years ago when I first came to adg. Maybe if they company investigated him further they would see what is really going on and who he is sleeping with in our division.

CCi executives know what's going on at the company and at Everest, Heald, and Wyotech. Whatever they didn't know before, they are learning from CCI employees here. The people you see (and hear about) who are doing wrong at CCi have been selected and supervised by experienced people above them. The problem is not just what you see, or have heard, but a problem that goes all the way up to the top, and to CCI's major investors (specifically, Wells Fargo). It's obvious to me that high level executives get information from this site. Why do you think Jack Massimino canceled Parthenon? Do you believe it was simply a cost-cutting measure?
