Hard to change something that does not exist. Something good or most likely bad is coming with a compensation change for grad teams. Maybe some goals or motivation in regards to compensation? Maybe more shafting to the front line staff? Directors had a meeting about it today. Managers are getting a teleconference about it tomorrow. We might be told about it next year but know about it 5 secs after the managers do. Who knows? Your guess is as good as Jared's.
