Layoffs have been going on at CCI for many yr ts now! They were not called layoffs in 2011 and 12 . CCI just informed management to find a way to thin the herd! Managers made up stats which resulted in terminations. Targeted employees were terminated illegally . Just check out all the lawsuits within the last few years! Now they find themselves in a finically bad place. Well deserved it I may say so myself.
