Did this happen to anyone? Does anyone know if people could submit our performance reviews without us seeing it?
I worked for JH for about 2 years but never received any performance review. I lost my job before my second year tenure, but all this time I wonder what did my manager actually write in my review? How come I was kept in the dark? There were a lot of rock throwing in my group and I always got the blame. The kid sat behind me really wanted my job and there were nothing I could do...
