It is the efficiency with which Title IV and GI Bill funds are moved from the student to the BoD. Look at any of the so-called leadership and their compensation over the past few years. Do you think any of them give a damn about student success? Next round of firings, stock prices will jump, leadership will sell multiple shares to line their pockets, and then jump ship. Students and those who care about their success will be left with a degree/job at a school so bereft of any quality it will be a greater joke than it is today. Sadly, the brand is tarnished beyond repair and there are others willing and able to use the "old" Phoenix model to teach adult students.
