Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

@1923…it's lower than you expected because shares were traded for "taxes." I'm not sure how they can do that when you weren't necessarily going to sell your shares. I would think that taxes would be your responsibility when you sell your shares and not when shares vest. Either way, you lost money on your stock for tax reasons, apparently. Anyone on here know how/why that is done?
