Well I guess ER is still trying to figure this out. PTO should never be a separate check. It should have been paid on the last regular check and severance doesn't count as pay earned, which is what unemployment goes off. This is a prime example of creative accounting. Hey Robmaybe there's a story in how CHK is reporting WARNact payments to the state?
