The RIF was the best thing that ever happened to me! I just didn't realize what an absolutely awful place L-3 is to work. I now have competent, professional managers and a challenging but fun career and I'm make more $$$$. So don't fret about the ever increasing lay off rumors, it can only get better! I wish I would have left 10 years ago... so many wasted years droning away for fools.
