Misspoke about comp. Paul's comp was 34% higher than last year. It is in the proxy statement. Thanks for pointing that out.

If you read the statements and reports you will see he is not the only one that gets a big jump in either salary, stock options, a bonus, or a combination of these. Most of the leadership in place is going to take what they can get while it lasts at the expense of everyone else. There is an industry term for it. It's called "FU."
