I find it interesting that now employees are being paid differential for working the weekend. Some employees in Coverage have been working weekends for the better part of 2 years and were not paid differential for that or for late shifts up to 10pm. Now that they've moved us off of the MyHR website and on to the new system there seems to be no record of this and the company isn't looking to back pay anyone what is owed. I find this very interesting.
Perhaps a lawsuit waiting to happen?
