You observation is correct. CHK had a great Land Admin department and it was always undervalued. Went down hill after they got rid of Wade Bradley and brought in David Mobley who never let go of being a Land,man. He never learned the Land Admin systems and always chose Land (especially Ronnie Ward) over Land Admin when there were disagreements. Now with the new regime 'Chesadarko', they do not care about Land Admin or it's procedures. Doug Lawler is Carl Icahn's and Archie Dunham's puppet, and they will sell the CHK assets to the highest bidder. They have no respect for the company, the employees, or the procedures. And they will earn millions upon the sale of the company. Meanwhile, you have the new "directors" in Land and Land Admin who have their own agenda, and it has nothing to do with the well being of their employees. Ego and self serving will be their downfall-OKC and the oil patch' are still a small community, and hopefully they will,have a difficult time finding future employment. With their payoff, they probably won't need a job. Karma!!!
