Industry standard is not 10%, more like 15-30. Can't believe Doug didnt understand why people are leaving. Good show, but the truth is he doesn't care and is downsizing by any means available. Don't worry I was clearly overpaid at CHk which is why I'm making 10k base more per year plus a better 401k plus a pension, and I get a guaranteed 17% bonus + performance. Ones that got laid off were indeed lucky most of them.
Btw Houston is nice. Wishing AEP all the best and the underlings at CHK to leave as soon as you find something else.
