But layoffs will start soon, the prices are depressed and I think we'll be challenged there - Conocophillips has been pretty good to me so I cannot complain, but I know that there major soft patches in our business model.

I am with Drawing Control Tech here in Canada and never had layoffs, things are pretty good here.
