Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Heald salespeople will NOW be recent graduates as that is the ONLY job that they can find and it keeps CCI labor costs DOWN. You get these graduates working 72+ hours a week for under $30K a year. Most of the current sales people are to be laid off in the next couple of weeks due to the lack of production. CCI doesn't intend to pay new sales people $40K+ a year unless they are big time producers. New sales people will be expected to close a sale within the first 2 weeks and of course will be given unrealistic sales numbers.
