Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

People before making substantive comments on the CA AG lawsuit can try reading it. The lawsuit is pretty specific in allegations and BOTH sides are likely to file dispositive pretrial motions. The state is asserting that the rational for filing a first amended complaint ("FAC") is based on evidence that is likely to be found and that NEW causes of action are going to be alleged. Does the state have the evidence to support the factual allegations of the complaint ?? With regards to misuse of military logos (Exhibit B) and nonexistent programs (Exhibit A) then CA apparently does. With regards to the major allegation of "falisfied" job placement records, we are about to find out.
