So the state is filing an amended complaint. That usually means there were defects in the original complaint, such as the failure to state a cause of action. I still think that lawsuit is more of a political stunt than anything substantive. The lawsuit mostly seeks an injunction requiring CCi to do things it is already required to do, and the counts in the lawsuit seeking damages are going to be very difficult to prove.
