Not such a good place to work as some people would like to present it. At EnCana there is not much opportunity for vertical movement, a lot of bureaucracy, an lot of duplication within the dpts. Yet, everyone is convinced the new CEO, Doug Suttles, can turn the company around. Now you have it, Doug is doing his trick and in the meantime you may get axed.
