i heard severance package was really good. i really wanted to get laid off because i was really tired of this place. Too much work and understaffed. We just had a baby and i want to spend more time with my wife and daughter. Honestly, it's a blessing. The ones with experience should have no problem finding a new job. How often do you have a big slump sum of cash and weeks of unused vacation hours payout? do contract work and make more money else where. Seriously. lucky!!!
