Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I think my weekly WOW for this week is how the hell Mike Williams was not laid off. He has the worst people skill out all the directors we have had. It is very evident that he only goes out of his way to talk to those he likes in our division. So thank you UOP with leaving us with the most incompetent director imagineable. His lack of leadership and people skills will surely hinder moral in our division.
