If you are a disgruntled student, employee, etc. of a CCI "property" then complain to an appropriate accreditation agency. Ideally you have some specific WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION that backs up your allegations. WASC is already looking at Heald with respect to allegations of falisfied job placement numbers. If you are in California then send a complaint off to the Office of the Attorney General.
