Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I agree with the post, they seem to keep trash and throw away the gems... Most of the time. I don't understand what all the secrecy is about with Apollo. Respect people, your employees enough to communicate changes proactively. Core value says... Treat others as you would like to be treated...where is the demonstration of this from executive leadership. UOP sucks, glad I did before they axed me. Much happier
