Everyone in CE is in shock at the choices of leadership. The leaders who cared about the employees are gone and the leaders who manage with a stick remain. This company is so far removed from being the "job of choice" it really is amazing. Downsizing is one thing, but selection of individuals in leadership positions clearly show this organization has no clue about employee engagement.
