Mr. "Still with and Love RJ", Thanks for showing my point of some people at RJ have no people skills. If you are a manager, thanks for proving my point. This web site is just a "simple discussion space". You used it no differently than any body here to vent (and prove points). I think the current high IT exit rate shows you stand alone on seeing where Bella's leadership takes RJ. I think not making the 2013 Best IT Work Places after 8 years in a row proves she is not taking RJ in the right direction. If you want to bow to her skills, it looks like you may be doing it alone. People quitting cost RJ money and a skill base. Both are negative to a company.
