Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

at at CSW we each recieved a 15 dollar gift card which is way better then the scrawy turkeys we have gotten in the past. And have you seen ous stock prices reach so high in years. Someone is doing something right. They just need to keep up what every they are doing as I need my 401K as I am getting close to needing it. And what is this about giving up your staplers? Please for no on give the name of your division when posting here. Now for my bitching. L3 CSW has a huge problem with too many chiefs and not enough . I can name with in 30 second Managers with high walled offices charging all over head and have no more then 5 employees. I know of one Manager in one of the largest offices in Bldg D with only 2 employees. If L3 really wants to save money they need get rid of 50% of managers in fancy offices. If a manager cannot deal with at least 20 employees or more then they should be axed. Too many with one to 6 employees. I mean how busy can they be with 1.5 employees like R.M. Ok I have done my ranting for the month.
