Hey I'm not saying HR are angels, trust me they are far from it. But you are only entitled to bonus/stick options if you are still employed on the dates the payouts are issued. I received all my bonuses on a schedule. Sign on bonuses ARE taxed and issued the first payroll date 90 days after your start date. Previously bonuses were such as guarantees are disbursed within three comp cycles. If you are not employed at the time if payout you AREN'T entitled to that money since it's a condition of present employment.
