Thank you for proffering a simplistic explanation of an emotionally complex issue at Manulife. The process of determining who gets to work and who doesn't has nothing to do with abilities. It has all to do with relationships and politics. I should know because I was asked to participate in the process and when I balked at the lack of transparency, honesty and integrity in the process I suffered the same fate as many others did in May.
