CCI is NOT going to walk away from the CA AG lawsuit by paying a small fine. The lawsuit asks for injunctive relief. Maybe it settles out of court but it isn't likely to be for $6.7 million. Change that $6.7 million to be $67 million or even more. This is strictly a CIVIL lawsuit and NO criminal charges are pending. California is SERIOUS about this lawsuit as one of the allegations is that CCI violated the settlement provisions of the 1997 lawsuit.
