30 Minutes from the head of RJFS, most of it reminding IT about why doing our jobs correctly will prevent attrition at RJFS. 5 minutes of positive recognition for groups for a job well done, mostly senior leaders of IT. 5 minutes of Vin telling us that the IT Charity fund was way down on income. 15 minutes of introducing Vin's executive panel, all of whom told us why they so important. 5 minutes of questions from the audience to the panel. Only 2 questions were asked. I don't remember the first one because it was just more long winded back patting. The second question was for Bruce M. He was asked what area he thought we needed the most improvement. He went on for long, painful dialog, but never answered the question. This was an incredibly annoying, colossally stupid demonstration of how these morons are out of touch with the normal employees.
