Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

The rumor is that Heald College is up for sale. I don't see that being a realistic option given all of the problems. CCI is running Heald into the ground and sold the campus real estate for $40 million and is renting back the locations. Only problem is that the student enrollment has dropped so much that in many locations after making the rent payment is that CCI is barely breaking even. The faculty and staff are tired of hearing the same old, same old "be grateful you got a job". After 3 years of student failures being Heald graduates under the CCI regime those unfortunates are spreading the word out on the street that Heald is a BIG RIPOFF. The local High Schools no longer allow CCI "presenters" to come and brag about the advantages of a "Heald Education". Even the former admissions (oops salespeople) are going around telling prospective students to avoid "The Heald".
