Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I really do not understand all the complaining. No one is forcing you to stay at this company. If you don't like it then leave. Yes University of Phoenix is a college however it's still a business. Of course there's going to be layoffs, we have less students. Maybe if people stop complaining so much and actually start doing their job the company would grow and we would all benefit from that. If you hate this place so much then quit. It's that easy. It will be a lot easier to grow this company once the complainers actually stop being cowards and quit.
