Well, I got my appraisal today....what a joke. My manager said they put me in for a higher rating, however Mike Williams apparently makes our managers rate their reps on a curve and recommended a lower rating. What a joke. He hasn't even spoken to me, graded my calls, or doesn't track my performance, my manager does so who is he to tell my manager to give me a lower rating. And they fired lincoln over him why?
