The California Attorney General will take your complaints. It is best is you have specific WRITTEN documentation. If you kept your paperwork showing that you were scammed then make a a copy and send it with your complaint. Even better is if you were one of those employed by a temp agency for a couple of days and were counted as "gainfully employed" in your field of study.
