Wow. Things are worse than I thought apparently. It's depressing because I've worked for a lot of IT firms, when I started at RJ I really felt like the company 'cared'. About it's employees and it's customers. Service First and all of that. I was really impressed, and was happy to be at RJ. But over the years it became pretty obvious that it was turning into "Service FIST", and it was time to go before it got really bad. I bailed about a month before the big IT layoffs and I don't regret it. I just wish things would've gotten better for those still at the company. I'm disappointed to see they haven't.
